okay well, this is my hair right now.

i have been told i have kind of thin hair, and a oval face.

i have also heard that with bangs covering all of my forhead it will look bad.

i am planning on getting layers and a little shorter bangs.

and adding some blonde into my hair. also i want my hair length about 2 or 3 inches shorter than what it is now.

What you need to do is get your hair in pigtails make sure there even then put one in the frount and cut to the size you want make sure the pigtails are below your ears not up high.Luv amy

The example of how u want your hair is good for your skin tone. I'm an expert at doing hair. Since your hair is uneven, you need to get it cut in layers. I had to do that when i was 6 yrs. old. And i learned how to do my hair at the age of 8.
